<p>소액결제 현금화는 상품권, 게임 아이템 등을 결제한 뒤 인증번호 등 정보를 회사에 넘기면 수수료를 떼고 즉시 현금을 지급하는 것을 말한다. ‘급전이 필요한 시민들이 대부분 이용하는데, 실상은 고금리 대출에 사기 가능성이 높아 아이디어통신망법상 불법으로 규정하고 있습니다.</p>

<p>새 신용평가모형은 카카오뱅크가 2017년 5월 금융서비스 시행 뒤 모아온 대출 이용 대상들의 금융 거래 정보를 해석해 적용하는 방식이다. 저기에 이동통신 3사가 보유한 통신비 정상 납부 기한이나 데이터 평균 이용량 등 통신과금 서비스 이용 정보 등도 추가해 신용평가에 활용하고 있을 것이다.</p>

<p>신세계인터내셔널 관계자는 “휴대폰 소액결제는 신용카드 결제와 비슷한 구조이기 덕분에 스스로 계좌로 이체가 된다”고 말했다. LF몰 관계자 역시 “스마트폰 소액 결제는 다날, ISP/페이북 등으로 이미 결제가 된 부분이기 덕에 현금으로 당장 지급하고 있다”고 이야기했다.</p>

<p>포털 카카오(Kakao)와 다음의 언론사 제휴를 심사하는 포털 뉴스제휴평가위원회가 12월11월 소액 결제 현금화 등 관련 기사를 다수 쓴 언론사들을 퇴출했었다. 그러나 직후에도 몇몇 언론을 중심으로 이처럼 기사가 보여졌다 사라지는 일이 반복되고 있는 상태이다.</p>
